“We cannot choose the things that will happen to us. But we can choose the attitude we will take toward anything that happens. Success or failure depends on your attitude.”
- Alfred A. Montapert
My belief is that we all have times in our lives when life itself has lost its joy and stress is overwhelming. We are experiencing grief , feelings of sadness, have become stuck with addictions, are dealing with a separation or divorce, struggling with problem children or adolescent (teenagers), overwhelmed with financial struggles, or we are just stuck in a rut at work. Therapy helps you find your way to the life you want for yourself and your family.
Counseling helps family members gain insight and understanding of their interactions with each other thus promoting more positive interaction patterns.
